For Nevoda Planet LLC, Primavera training is a relationship business. Unlike retail, where the transacation is the usually the end of the current business, for us it is the beginning. We still have to perform in the classroom with students or with customers when we install, consult or schedule. We try our best to ensure quality service and a good business as well as personal relationship. We want to meet your expectations.

Credit Card Security

Nevoda Planet adheres to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DDS). Once a year we submit our policies to our credit merchants.

We keep no credit card information. After a credit card transaction is completed, the numbers are removed from our systems.

Class Policy

We take pride in the training and consulting we offer and we do what we can to accommodate issues when they arise. Mostly, these concern cancellations and changes. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do.

Payment is expected ten days prior to taking the course. If payment is not received, the student may be cancelled from the course. We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time and refund the full purchase price of the course. Nevoda Planet will not be held liable for airfare, lodging or any other related expenses on cancelled courses. While this may seem harsh, we have only cancelled one class in the last three years and no travel expenses were involved. Students may return to class free of charge within three months of taking the course.

Student Policy

Yes, we also expect something from our students:

Good computer skills (see the assessment page).Business casual dress (i.e. - no tank tops, gym shorts or flip flops -especially in that combination).

Phones turned off.

Arrive on time.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is driven by our opportunity costs. When we reserve a seat for a student, and the class is full, we are denying a seat to someone else. If the student cancels at the last minute, then we have no opportunity to fill the seat. So here is our refund policy:

A company, organization or individual may cancel or reschedule a course without penalty by giving Nevoda Planet written notice (fax or email) at least 10 business days prior to the start date of the course. If a company, organization or individual cancels or reschedules within 10 business days of the start date of the course, the company, organization or individual will still be assessed 100% of the course fee. If this occurs, the company, organization or individual may attend the next available course at no additional cost on an available seat basis. The company, organization or individual may guarantee a seat in the next available course by paying an additional 50% of the original course fee.

This policy applies only to courses that are open to the public. Closed courses given to a single company, organization or individual are covered separately.
